BTC Students and Staff members are eligible for Microsoft 365 Education for free, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and additional Microsoft tools.

Open a browser and then type in the address bar: "Office.com" or https://www.office.com and click on "Sign in"

Enter your valid BTC school email address ([email protected]) and click on “Next” to continue.

Enter your BTC password (that you created to login to MyBTC, BTC workstations and BTC wireless access) and click on "Sign in."

A successful sign in will open your Microsoft 365 Home page along with your Microsoft 365 Web (online) Apps.

It is highly recommended to install the Microsoft 365 Desktop Apps on your device for a seamless experience.

At the upper right of the page click on the 1. "Install apps" dropdown and click on 2. "Microsoft 365 apps" to start the download.

Follow the instructions to complete the process of downloading and installing the Microsoft 365 Desktop apps.

The Microsoft 365 (Office) app is also available for Android and iOS.

*With Microsoft 365, you can install Office on all your devices and sign-in to Office on five devices at the same time. This includes any combination of PCs, Macs, tablets, and phones.
